Pricing Policy

Overview

Child Education Trust is a registered non-profit organization committed to transparency and accountability in every donation and service. This pricing policy outlines how funds and contributions are structured, collected, and utilized across our programs, campaigns, and donation options.

1. Donation Structure

  • All donations are voluntary and used exclusively for welfare activities including food distribution, child education, medical aid, and elder care.

  • Donations can be made in fixed suggested amounts (₹500, ₹1000, ₹5000, etc.) or in custom amounts chosen by the donor.

  • Each campaign on our website lists its respective minimum donation and product equivalence (e.g., ₹500 = 1 education kit).

2. Transparency and Pricing of Services

  • The prices listed against items in our campaigns (such as meals, education kits, or medical aid) represent approximate costs incurred for procurement and distribution.

  • The Child Education Trust does not sell any products or services for profit. These listed prices are indicative of donation utilization only.

  • No hidden charges or administrative fees are added to donor contributions.

3. Payment Processing

  • All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateways such as Razorpay or other approved platforms.

  • Donors receive instant payment confirmation and an official receipt via email upon successful completion of a transaction.

4. Refund and Cancellation

  • Donations once made cannot be refunded or canceled as funds are immediately allocated to ongoing welfare programs.

  • In case of duplicate transactions or technical errors, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

5. Tax Exemption

  • Donations made to Child Education Trust are eligible for tax exemption under applicable sections of the Income Tax Act, subject to current government regulations.

  • Official tax receipts are provided for all eligible donations.

6. Pricing Review

  • All indicative prices (for food kits, education kits, medical aid, etc.) are reviewed periodically based on market costs and operational expenses to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy in fund utilization.
