No hidden charges or administrative fees are added to donor contributions.

Donors receive instant payment confirmation and an official receipt via email upon successful completion of a transaction.
Donations once made cannot be refunded or canceled as funds are immediately allocated to ongoing welfare programs.
In case of duplicate transactions or technical errors, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
